Grant, 1384, May 9. 7 Richard II.

Grant by Hugh Beauchamp and Joan his wife to Walter Baker and Cecilia his wife of a meadow called Tounemede in the parish of Waysfeld (Devon) for the life of the said Cecilia at a yearly rent of 57s. and a heriot at her death, the oaks and ashes round the close of the said meadow being excepted. Given at Waysfeld, Monday next after the feast of the Invention of the Holy Cross, 7 Richard II.
